About this Class
Beginner classes are the ideal place to start. We'll talk you through the reformer apparatus and answer any questions you might have, so that you can build a strong, confident practice from the ground up. You'll feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. For participants aged 16+. Please make sure you've filled out a health waiver before you attend your first class.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness to all our clients and instructors, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all classes. If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled class time. If you cancel before this 24-hour window, the class credit will automatically be returned to your account to be used for a future booking. If you cancel within this 24-hour window, or if you don't show up for your class, the class credit will unfortunately be forfeited. You can easily manage your bookings and cancellations through our online booking system. For any questions, feel free to get in touch.
