Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness to all our clients and instructors, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all classes.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled class time. If you cancel within this 24-hour window, or if you don't show up for your class, the class credit will unfortunately be forfeited.
You can easily manage your bookings and cancellations through our online booking system. For any questions, feel free to get in touch.
Refund Policy
All class passes and single class purchases are non-refundable.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. While we don't offer monetary refunds, our 24-hour cancellation policy allows you to reschedule or cancel a class without losing your credit, provided you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled class time.
