Meet the Reformer

If you're new to Pilates, especially on the Reformer, you might be curious about what it actually is. Essentially, the Reformer is a piece of equipment with a sliding carriage, springs, and pulleys that allows for a full-body workout. It provides resistance that helps you build strength, improve core stability, and increase flexibility in a controlled and supportive way — all while being gentle on your joints.

It's an amazing way to move, offering something for every body, whether you're looking to build strength, aid recovery, or simply feel more connected and comfortable in your own skin.

Our Story

After experiencing the benefits of Reformer Pilates firsthand during her own recovery from injury, Kate founded Renu Studios with a simple belief: that Pilates should be accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

From the carefully curated classes to the supportive instructors, every part of Renu is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and rediscover what your body is capable of.

Our Difference

Our small class sizes mean every person gets the personal attention and guidance they need from our instructors. Renu is a community-focused studio where, whether you're just starting out or you've been doing Pilates for years, you'll feel comfortable and supported.

Our Studio

We've created a clean, bright, and airy space where you can focus on your movement. While our equipment is top-notch, the true heart of our studio is the community we've built. Here, you'll find a friendly, supportive atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to challenge themselves and work effectively at their own pace. It's a place where you can push your boundaries, connect with your body, and grow your strength in a welcoming environment.

Our Ethos

We focus on building a strong foundation and encouraging proper form over intensity. Our mission is to empower you to move with confidence, find lasting strength, and embrace a life of wellness.
