Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness to all our clients and instructors, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all classes. If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled class time. If you cancel before this 24-hour window, the class credit will automatically be returned to your account to be used for a future booking. If you cancel within this 24-hour window, or if you don't show up for your class, the class credit will unfortunately be forfeited.
